  • Each community is assigned a vetted, background-checked Doorstep courier to pick up and deliver packages.

  • During your community’s service time, we automatically search the mailroom for all packages addressed to you. However, for packages delivered to a package locker (Luxer One, Parcel Pending, Package Concierge, Amazon Hub), use our Package Locker Pickup form below.
